Camarasaurus Tooth (and skull sections)

1,999.00 2,250.00

This absolutely STUNNING Camarasaurus tooth comes from the Morrison Formation of Wyoming. Jurassic in age, the Camarasaurus once roamed the plains of the Western United States in search of food while avoiding predators such as Allosaurus and competing against Stegosaurus and Diplodocus for leafy greens!

The most unique feature of this tooth is that it remains in the original matrix in which it was found! Requiring only to be prepped out, this tooth has no significant repairs except for some stabilizer to hold the matrix together.

Along with the FULLY ROOTED tooth, we also have the root of another tooth to the left of it, and the bone fragments are most likely pieces of the skull from the same animal. This is a one-of-a-kind piece that would make a great centerpiece for any private collection as well as any museum!

As with all of our fossils this one will come with an ID card for your educational needs!

This piece is guaranteed 100% authentic and comes directly from the diggers themselves. It will be shipped USPS Priority with a tracking number and Signature Required INCLUDED in the cost for our U.S. buyers! International buyers will receive a discounted shipping price.
