Teeth of this size and quality are getting harder to find each year as more restrictions are passed on the mining and export of these fossils.

Mosasaurs are not true dinosaurs, but rather aquatic reptiles that date back to the era of dinosaurs! Each tooth is over 70 MILLION YEARS OLD. These teeth come from a specific mosasaur known as Prognathodon.

We lovingly refer to these aquatic beasts as swimmy murder lizards and had they been land dwelling they would have put up a hell of a fight with any dinosaurs around at that time, even the vicious Tyrannosaurus rex! Almost all of the teeth in this lot show signs of feeding wear!
